DISTURBED LANDSCAPES

Autumn 2017

Disturbed Landscape is a collection of images taken from Google Earth and Street View , an altered representation of our environment. Ynfab Bruno and Frere Reinert explore the city of Villeurbanne through his digital double and create digital views of our neighborhoods. With imperfections and defects, the works are then displayed in the streets, to give a new perspective of the images in the public space and for a reflection on the nature and the function of these representations.

We invited the public to take pictures of these images on the street and then republish them on our website and on social networks; To create a circulation of images of Google to the street and a return to the web.
