“The prosumer” is a one day exhibition where we reuse the screens from a TV retail shop , to transform it into an art gallery to showcase digital artworks.

The selection of artworks will be continuously broadcasted and replicated on all the screens of the shop. It will create an overexposure by multiplying the displays. It illustrates  “the age of mechanical reproduction” described by Walter Benjamin.

The public merge with the retail shop customers. The TV set becomes an art medium
